Tiffany has built and operated businesses, served as a CFO in private equity-backed companies, and worked in private equity portfolio operations supporting acquisitions, growth, value creation, and integration. Across more than 30 companies and multiple industries, she has worked alongside founders, leadership teams, investors, and operators through periods of growth, complexity, and change.

Her perspective goes beyond whether a business can sell. She asks whether it can operate successfully under new ownership and what needs to be true for the founder, team, and business to move forward well.

Raised in rural Minnesota, Tiffany was shaped by people who worked hard, showed up for one another, and built things with their hands. She brings the perspective of an operator, the preparation of a buyer, and the steadiness of an experienced advisor to every engagement.

Based in Golden, Colorado and serving clients across the United States, Tiffany does some of her best thinking on hiking trails, near the water, and in conversations that help owners see their next chapter more clearly. Her four adult children and her partner’s steady love and support keep her grounded in the life she is building.  A life rooted in family, purpose, resilience, and meaningful work measured not only by successful outcomes, but by the people, relationships, and legacy it helps carry forward.
